The common areas are furnished. You would need to have your own bedroom furniture. You have your own bath with a walk-in shower. There are no stairs outside or inside. I work full time, with Sun and Wed off and also attend church on these days. Keeping the place clean is important to me. My current roommate for the last 2 years is 45 yrs old and got married last month, so the room will be available 5/1. I have a two-car wide driveway, carport, and plenty of room on the street in front of the home, so parking shouldn't be an issue. Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room are away from the bedrooms so you're not disturbing anyone with late-night wash. The large backyard is fenced-in, partly shaded for lounging/enjoying the summer air, and rather private. Locks to the home are coded so there's never a need to pay for lost keys or carry them around. A [REDACTED] own room, but you will have to share the main bathroom with one other guy. If you have pets, we will need to discuss as I have one indoor/outdoor cat. The room is carpeted and the cost is $700 a month. The lease is month-to-month, so you can leave at any time without incurring any fees and you will receive a prorated refund for the days you do not stay. Payment covers rent, utilities, and internet. Payment is due on the 1st of each month and is late after the 3rd of the month. Late fee is $35. Other than that, there is no pet fee, move-in fee, or application fee--just first month's rent on move-in day after the lease is signed.
