I’m looking for someone to take over my room starting May 18th or by June 1st. Located in Chandler by the 202 and Alma School. The place is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. At most, you’d be $850 just because the rent does fluctuate in the summer mostly because of the a/c. The least you’d be is $750. With this room, you’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person. It’s a female only household but at the moment, one does have her boyfriend living here but he’s not noticeable and temporarily here. Everyone is respectful of everyone’s area.
