I don’t normally have people over really, I just prefer communication if you do every now and then, but really the privacy of it being our own home is what I’m looking for. I just ask you leave the house how you would want someone to leave it for you! Clean the fridge out weekly on your side, and keep common areas cleanly and pay bills on time 💕 no deposit. First off it's in VANCOUVER!! Don't bother if you want to live in BEAVERTON, or elsewhere! Now that's done...My partner is having to relocate to assist with family. This leaves me with needing a roommate for the house that we rent. Located right off I-5 in Vancouver. There are a couple of options for ways to split rooms. There's the upstairs which is two separate rooms and a office alcove. The other option is a room on the main floor which has a half bath. There is a small studio outback as well. Utilities would be split. I'm open to negotiation on the monthly rent portion. There is also a small studio in the back for the right person. Backyard fenced. Looking for move in in September. Bonus points to potential housemates that are interested in sailing.
