The neighborhood is walking distance to all of downtown SJ, including the SAP center, Little Italy, SJSU, San Pedro Square, a large shopping center with Target, Marshalls, Sprouts, Trader Joes, and several restaurant options, and the CalTrain station. As for fees, all utilities except internet and electricity are included in the rent. This can cause it to slightly fluctuate sometimes, but on average the rent is $1800. Internet and electricity are typically an additional $100, but PG&E is decreasing the cost so it should be even less soon. The $1800 cost includes a tandem parking spot, but there is an option to get separate parking spots or EV parking spots for an increased cost.
