Down to Earth but prefer more quiet relaxed than loud and crazy people. More polite introverts than extroverts.NO DOGS AND NO MORE CATS. We have one short haired cat. Caged pets are okay.Shared bathroom in basement. Another bathroom, if necessary, is upstairs. Shared kitchen space for cooking, with small table for eating and possible food prep. There is cooking dishes and utensils with no space for additional dishes and such unless you can fit them in your designated kitchen pantry cupboard.Basically you cook, you eat, you clean.Shared laundry is available on. Laundry use is not guaranteed 100% of the time if something breaks from misuse. Month to month lease.YOU HAVE TO BE WORKING OUTSIDE OF THE HOME FOR THIS TO BE A FIT. The house is located in a calm neighborhood, parks close by, near the highway to get you anywhere you want to go fast(10 minutes from downtown Denver, 9 minutes to old town Arvada, 15 minutes to Golden, 20 minutes to Boulder, and less than 20 minutes from the Red Rocks Amphitheater!)
