There is Wi-fi throughout as well and is included in the monthly rent. There is limited storage in the rooms and hall closet only. The house is located two blocks off Grand Ave near the old City Hall. There are lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. There is plenty of street parking during the day, but it can be a bit crowded after dinner. There are great renovations going on throughout the neighborhood which include some new condos and apartments with some retail. There is a new Cal-Train station and walkway being built on the corner of Grand. There are busses and shuttles that take you anywhere you need to get to including BART. There is easy access to 101 and 280 freeways going North and South.I work M-F and I am busy most every day including weekends so the house is quiet and comfortable.
