Greetings: I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at the Shadowridge Summerwind Apartments in Vista, CA, that I just moved into in February. This is the Moriah floor plan if you want to check it out on their . I’m asking for $1,250 all together, which includes the internet and all the utilities. Full rent on the unit is $2,740 and the internet/ utilities come out to approximately $300 each month, but I figure I'll pay slightly more since my room is slightly bigger and I’ll have the assigned parking spot Amenities- Private bathroom/ shower- Stackable washer/ dryer included in unit- Air conditioning- Fully equipped kitchen- Woodburning fireplace- Gym on property- Pool area I'm a 35 year old man.
