He is hoping to find someone who lives a sober life (no alcohol/drugs). Must be at least 25yrs old, steady job, clean, reliable, and friendly. He has a dog who is 55lbs and super energetic. Roommate can bring only one pet, Dany gets along with most animals, but a prior meet and greet for any pet will be required.
