The townhome has an in-unit washer/dryer, lovely patio garden, street parking (parking pass to park in the community when space is open or you rotate with the roomie, Kimberlie, for the garage parking) and access to the community pool + hot tub. Meet the Roomies: Diane Mae - a Marine, who loves to cook/meal prep, DIY gal, a garden/plant momma, enjoys working out/taking Duke (her doggo) for a run, and drinks matcha or eats ice cream. Kimberlie - she is a house manager and loves to chill with Zoey (her doggo), read books, an old school soul, zodiac signs, listens to house music, and from time to time drinks coffee or tea. Townhome is close to:Sprouts/Albertsons, BetterBuzz/Dutch Brothers/Starbucks, Local Farmer’s/ Produce Market, Alta Vista Botanical Gardens, Chase/Bank of America, and must try restaurants.
