Hi! I’m Trevor, and I’m a graphic designer and veteran. Since 2020, I’ve been working remotely and living abroad, but I continue to rent my home to roommates like before I left. It’s a big win; my roommates get affordable housing and I get to keep my house and some stuff in it. I am offering 1 bedroom for rent at $700 a month. Utilities are split evenly between tenants, which usually comes out to about $60-75 per person. There’s a $500 security deposit to cover damages, unpaid rent, and final month’s utilities. We currently have two roommates, Reuben who has the master bedroom, and Darryl who has the bedroom next to yours. Move-in date is anytime. - Located near the COS airport (5-minute drive), Fort Carson (10-minute drive), and Peterson (10-minute drive)- The bedroom dimensions are 9'8 x 9'1- Shared bathroom with additional half bath downstairs- Kitchen and living room- Xfinity Internet – ‘up to 2000 Mbps download speed’- Air conditioning and heat - Washer and dryer- Garage space if available and street parking - Giant crawl space for storage- Front porch and small backyard with grill We’re looking for a roommate who is tidy & courteous.

Grace (24) and Kate (19) are looking for a roommate for their three bedroom, one bath, 1890s carriage house with 12 ft ceilings, large windows, and outdoor garden and patio space. Parking is right out front and the cost is included in rent. There is a washer and dryer in the main house outside the carriage house. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished (bathroom, living room, kitchen/dining room). The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and a shower/tub combo. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, and sink. We have a very friendly cat named Leo. Grace is a high school English teacher who loves thrifting, reading, and sewing. Kate is a server at a restaurant who loves cooking, crocheting, and her cat, Leo. We like to keep our space clean and divide chores equally. We are both non-smokers (including weed) and don’t allow smoking indoors (though outside is fine). Grace is an earlier riser and Kate is a night owl (though a very quiet one). We are somewhat social (we have a Thursday night DND group that meets here) but also both fairly introverted so there’s usually not people over. We love our apartment and are excited to have you join us.

*** For one person only *** A spacious 12x12 room in my quiet single-family home nestled in a safe neighborhood is available to rent. This home has washer/dryer and a gas stove (foodie alert). The house is centrallyand conveniently located:- 5 min to WalMart- 5 to 10 to Citadel Mall and the airport- 10 to 15 to Ft Carson, Peterson AFB and downtown- 15 to 20 to UCCS The residents of this home are:- clean, hygienic, and responsible- cat and human-friendly, no dogs- respectful- environmentally friendly (recycling, composting, and energy conservation)- open-minded- to clean up after themselves in a timely fashion- smoking/vaping outside the house The rent includes: utilities, Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) and the access and useof the common areas (such as the bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen).Damages and cleaning will be deducted from the security and pet deposits in the event that you haven't repaired the damages caused by you and/or your pet(s). I'm looking for a roommate 21+ to rent out 1/2 of my home the middle level is a shared dining room and kitchen. You will have your pic of the upstairs that consists of two bedrooms, a full bathroom and an office the space offers the most privacy. Or you can choose the downstairs which is one large room with a bathroom, washer and dryer and shower. The walls are newly remodeled. There’s just a few things left to do down there once I get some funds built up.
