The room has its own walk in closet and you do have your personal bathroom (does not include a shower), the shower in the main bathroom will be the only thing shared at the moment. I do plan on constructing a shower to the 2nd bathroom eventually to make it a full 2 bed 2 bath. You’ll have access to all the common spaces, backyard, and there’s a community pool that’s a good size! The pool itself was recently remodeled about a year and a half ago. I also have an alarm system for safety and security. The neighborhood is super calm and quiet and the people here are friendly and welcoming. My neighbor is the sweetest, as well as a lot of other people around. It’s just me and my little toy poodle at the house, I am active duty military working on aircraft’s as an electrical technician, and I have duty days through out the month on base. I’m a pretty clean person and would like to have someone that is on the same page!

A nice beautiful cozy home with a nice big backyard! About 5 minutes away from downtown ft.lauderdale. You get your own bathroom which is across the small hall from the room. The house itself it furnished by me, the room itself is not furnished, but if you'd like to buy the bed is 300$ and the clothing hanger storage shelf is 50$. Everything is included in the price for rent, and security is 1500. So 3000 total upon first month. There are washer and dryer in house. My previous roommate was female and we got along fantastic, so I prefer a female roommate, but it's not a deal breaker. I'm a very chill roommate I basically work and come home. As long as you help keep the house clean and do dishes, we will get along great!
