The two rooms available would be sharing a bathroom. Rooms would be available late August early September. Washer and dryer in unit. Washing machine in unit. Pool and fitness center in apartment complex. A little about me. I’m a young professional who works with autistic children for a living during the day. I love to go out for karaoke or shows every now and then. I don’t have guests over often but when I do I give a heads up. I’d love to live with people who are also neat and tidy. Come stay in this newly renovated basement apartment. The only thing it doesn’t have is a full kitchen. There is a yard and fire pit. 3 car carport for parking. You will have the master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living room are a shared space. Plus a shared washer and dryer. The rent will be $/mo not including electricity and WiFi. The apartment complex has a clubhouse, pool, and gym that you are free to use that are included with rent. The complex doesn’t allow smoking. It is close to Ingles, Walmart, and around mins to Trader Joe’s. I am a Health tech. so I will leave fairly early in the mornings and return in the afternoons. Some months I work nights and weekends. I love to hike, cook, workout, watch movies, bike, golf and play pickleball. I’m a clean roommate and I can stay in my space, but I’m open to hanging out with each other if you’d like.
