I have a master bedroom in Escondido. All utilities cover. The bedroom has a balcony, two closets inside and one extra closet in the hallway, there is street parking. Rent is $ and deposit is $. The kitchen and living room are furnished, there’s not too much room for new kitchen items, but obviously you’re welcome to use any of the items. I’m not home currently and don’t have pictures. It’s a tucked away multi plex with no through traffic, I feel very safe here. I have 5 other neighbors, they are all respectful. There’s a small shared front yard with a small grass area and trees. I’m a yo male that works in the biotech industry, m-f. I’d say I’m home like half the time. Someone around my age would be nice.
