Great home in a very chill and friendly neighborhood. Large beautiful room. I have optional furniture which is a small desk and chair, tall chest of drawers, a chair, night stand and several nice large rugs you can use if you wish. There is a built-in armoire and closet. We are happy to answer any questions. We do background and income verifications and check professional references. Utilities average $100/month each. Wifi, Internet, no cable but you can order separately, HVAC, ceiling fans and hardwood floors. This is a wonderful neighborhood full of mostly homeowners and helpful neighbors. It’s a sweet little community. Angela is a one-way street so there is usually only local traffic. There’s a nice furnished porch shaded by a large oak tree. Jackson Barracks is behind us and we have 24/7 MP security patrols. Conseco’s Grocery is down the street, and the Mississippi River is only 3 short blocks away. It’s peaceful, quiet and in an easy to get to location. Only 4.5 quick miles to the French Quarter. I’m the owner, and Rafael has been here as a roommate for 10 years. We are clean, trustworthy and responsible. I am out of town most of the year, so often it’s just two people. Please take your time to tell us about yourself in detail, and what you are hoping to find in a shared home.
