Deposit is $1,100. There is no credit check or application fee due to the urgent need, but will be should you decide to formally join the lease on August 1st. Heat and water are included; you will split electric, gas, and internet. An informal lease agreement will be shared with you and the current roommates.This is a 3rd-floor walkup. You will be 7 blocks from Central Park North, which is a plus! There are currently no amenities in the building, but there is an opening to the general building rooftop. A laundromat is 1 block away on 116th. Grocery stores in short walking distance are on 116th (CTown) and 118th (Lidl).The area is safe and convenient. You are 1 block from the B and C train. Other stops are located on 125th. The 2 and 3 trains are located further on 116th and another stop on 110th.A female roommate is preferred, no couples or pets. The current roommates' are Sam (male and his cat Joe), who will be leaving on June 15th, and Dara (female).I have furniture in the room that is available for purchase, but the room will not come furnished.
