My is name Jack, 22M, looking for a roommate to fill a bedroom at Woodhaven apartments in Willington, about a 5 minute drive from the UConn Storrs campus. Rent is split $600 each, utilities (electric and wifi) usually costing about $100 each, water and heat is included in rent. There is an initial security deposit of $1000, which you recover when you plan to move out. Move in can be anytime, but first rent is due July 15th (half rent, $300). Regular full rent is otherwise due at the beginning of each month. Parking is free, and there is laundry available in the building.
