We have a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen, so you'll have everything you need. The apartment is in great condition, as we both make sure to keep it clean and in order. If anything goes wrong, our landlord is quick to fix it. We just got a brand-new dishwasher, and there’s a washing machine and dryer in the basement.It’s only a 5-minute walk to Bellarmine campus, and Kroger isn’t far either.The rent is $, plus utilities (internet and gas). I've been living here for the past year. Roommate moving in with girlfriend and we had an extra bedroom as well. Awesome spot. $/month per room (there are two available) & utilities split. If you and a friend are looking to move somewhere this is a cool spot to be- rent can be negotiated between the two of you for rooms- I'm looking for $ total. One room has off street parking spot and private entrance. Move in late May/ early June. I love to travel and am out of town a decent amount. No images yet as I'm mostly posting to gauge interest.
