The garage should be great for projects, a home gym, surfboard storage, etc. Location:Amazing Outer Sunset location — about 2 blocks from Ocean Beach, near Devil’s Teeth, close to Gus’s and the co-op grocery store, around 8 blocks from the weekly farmers market, and convenient to Muni, the park, and lots of restaurants.
