This is essentially like renting out a home; I am not in this home many months of the year due to my work. This room can come furnished or unfurnished- your choice. This is a PRIVATE master suite with your own adjoined bathroom, in addition to your own small private kitchen with a fridge, sink, microwave, and coffee maker outside of your room. You are welcome to use the main kitchen as well, but the kitchen outside of the room is exclusively yours. It is truly JUST like an apartment- without the high cost. Further, adjoined to the living room is a beautiful outdoor deck to enjoy your coffee, read, etc. I travel for work often, so I will not rent to anyone or consider anyone who will not undergo a background check and provide references.
