I have a mid-size room to rent in an apartment on the 2nd floor. It can be furnished if need be.Your bathroom would basically be private-only used by you but it is across the hall from your bedroom. If guests come over (which isn’t too often), I will most likely just have them use my bathroom.There is also a loft I use as an office but some storage/flex space may be available upstairs as well.Great amenities, beautiful view, very quiet and safe area.
