You would only need to bring your personal belongings. Rent includes all utilities as well as access and privileges to the kitchen, free laundry, pool, and driveway. Open to month to month or longer term situations. Please be aware that myself or my brother and his partner stay downstairs if we visit. They have partitioned a section of the living room into their own little private apartment and would not be in your way. We are fun, friendly people who would respect your privacy and are looking for an equally chill, quiet person and just ask that you are clean, have reliable income and pay rent on time. 1/2 month security deposit would be required up front and would be returned to you as long as you leave the place in as good condition as you found it.
