The house is fairly small and we would be sharing a bathroom but it’s new construction, on a quiet street, and you’re welcome to decorate however you wish (aside from painting and putting holes in the walls). My last roommate moved out a couple months ago and took most of the living area furniture with her so it will be a collaborative effort to decorate and make the house our own, unless you’re up for waiting until I have the finances to do it all on my own.
