Doral is a very safe city for walking and the location is ideal if you don’t own a car. Its a townhouse community of units. You will have key for 4 front door locks, 1 key to the room) - I respect your privacy. I am the owner and only female in a household of 4 (if both my rooms are rented). Our work schedules are from pm. There are no small children. There are however, 3 elderly friendly female cats ages , so that you cannot bring any pets with you. If you do not like animals, cats in particular, or have allergies you will not be comfortable in this house. 1 month deposit and current month’s rent moves you in. Rent can be prorated on the first month if not moving in at the 1st of the month.
