Any assistance with the occasional walk/ whatever would be a consideration with respect to the monthly rent, but absolutely not a requirement or necessity. Since I do not need the dining room any longer and all the computers, that room will be used for usage as intended, and other pictures were taken in a hurry and are not truly representative or the living spaces.
