There is a small dog pad next to our apartment, and there is a dog park right next to the apartment complex. Our apartment complex is conveniently located in the Victorian Village area, and is walkable to Goodale Park, the Short North, and Arena District! The total shared base rent comes out to $1,490, $50 for sewer/water, $13 for monthly renters liability program, which we will split between us both.
