Hi, we have a large, sunny, primary bedroom 11 x 24 (which includes the full bathroom and a 5.5 x 6.5 walk in closet). There are high, open beam ceilings and lots of high windows that let in light. The room has new carpet and paint put in 4 months ago and the carpets are Green Guard Plus which is an eco friendly option that reduces ommissions. The bathroom got a new shower/bath installation and new fixtures 4 months ago. The room is located on the 2nd floor of a two story townhouse. The kitchen, dining area, living room, and deck are also upstairs. Right now, the living room has been converted into a bedroom, but that may change. All the other housemates have downstairs bedrooms. The downstairs tenants all have mini refrigerators so they tend to not use the upstairs that much.
