It is a quiet complex. The washer and dryer is included inside of the unit. I have Netflix and cable on an 86 inch TV in the living room for entertainment.

Honestly the apartment is a little run down but it's on the cheaper side and it comes with a backyard. I'm on the ground level with 9 other units and all of my neighbors are great.
