Utilities would be extra, but Wifi/Water/Power usually isn't more than $ but cut in half, so $(ish). Sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less. You can have two rooms but only for 1 person, I only want 1 roommate. I have 2 small dogs, but would rather not have any more pets in the house.
