Looking in Avondale AZ (possibly Goodyear, or Palm valley area )that borders Avondale within a a few minutes )I’m open to starting a new rental place w/ a roommate that we choose together or open to a 1 bedroom rental if the situation is ideal (even better if has 2nd room I can work out of). I have great credit & am financially responsible. I am a working professional & do work from home. I would need a quiet work environment durning business hours M-F.
