Hello! Basically, I'm a relaxed guy with his friendly little Chihuahua lady. We're looking for a room or something similar to rent for a minimum of 3 months. We're both really clean and organized. Very responsible, respectful. Most people say I have good energy. I have a rehearsal space for my band but would sometimes play guitar/sing at home...I can be respectful of only doing that at hours that make sense for both of us. I am pretty easy to work with & communication up front is everything. My boyfriend might come spend the night once a week.
