I am looking for a female roommate for July 1 ( could possibly have flex on timeline). I am leaving my current apartment due to a squirrel infestation. I'm a semi-pro musician / fitness instructor who works from home part-time. I have an adorable 5 year old cat who is very sweet and curious. Looking for a large room (perhaps a top level or a lower level) with shared common areas. A place that is relatively tidy. No drama/parties/drugs. I have been sober for 12 years. Very responsible, respectful. Most people say I have good energy. I have a rehearsal space for my band but would sometimes play guitar/sing at home...I can be respectful of only doing that at hours that make sense for both of us. I am pretty easy to work with & communication up front is everything. My boyfriend might come spend the night once a week. Looking for an arrangement where I vibe with my roommate and maybe visit here and there but with the understanding we don't need to hang out all the time.:)
