I live in Southern California right now but I am looking to relocate for work. I’m a fairly social person but definitely value alone time. I lived in the area for + years and I have my mom and siblings here, and several friends so I will be out and about a lot. I’m very close with my family and have several young nieces and nephews that may come around occasionally. I’m a college grad, and have no pets coming with me. I have my own furniture. I enjoy cooking and reading and love movies. Okay with pets but prefer to not to have them in my bedroom, as I have some allergies. I’m pretty laid back and like things to be clean, and typically a quiet roomie but willing to hang occasionally too 😊

$ is what I currently pay for renting a room. No mode of transportation, so Uber everywhere. Chores are a responsibility I take seriously. If you smoke, I don’t mind, but I don’t partake. No large assets on my person. I have a skateboard and a suitcase. Just looking for somewhere to stay for months ideally. Very negotiable in rent, accommodations, and shared responsibilities, as long as it’s within reason.
