The house is centrally and conveniently located:- 5 min to WalMart- 5 to 10 to Citadel Mall and the airport- 10 to 15 to Ft Carson, Peterson AFB and downtown- 15 to 20 to UCCS The residents of this home are:- clean, hygienic, and responsible- cat and human-friendly, no dogs- respectful- environmentally friendly (recycling, composting, and energy conservation)- open-minded- to clean up after themselves in a timely fashion- smoking/vaping outside the house The rent includes: utilities, Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) and the access and use of the common areas (such as the bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen). Damages and cleaning will be deducted from the security and pet deposits in the event that you haven't repaired the damages caused by you and/or your pet(s).
