1/2 home located in Widefield

Hi, my name is Adam. I'm currently doing some remodeling in the basement and touching up a few things around the home but everything should be completed and cleaned up by mid July and ready for a August move in date. This is a Tri level home there are four rooms in the upstairs portion of the house two bedrooms a small office type room and a bathroom. The walk in section has a front room that's being used as a dining room and a sitting room and then a kitchen with two refrigerators. Downstairs is one large room with a laundry closet and a smaller bathroom. I'm currently fixing up the basement with the intention to move all my stuff down there and renting out the top portion of the home but ultimately you will have your choice of the upstairs or downstairs both have their own perks. If you choose the downstairs the current Gym would be a shared space but I would need access to the basement do laundry from time to time and minor maintenance to the home the upstairs rooms would be more private.
