Hi! I’m Trevor, and I’m a graphic designer and veteran. Since 2020, I’ve been working remotely and living abroad, but I continue to rent my home to roommates like before I left. It’s a big win; my roommates get affordable housing and I get to keep my house and some stuff in it. I am offering 1 bedroom for rent at $700 a month. Utilities are split evenly between tenants, which usually comes out to about $60-75 per person. There’s a $500 security deposit to cover damages, unpaid rent, and final month’s utilities. We currently have two roommates, Reuben who has the master bedroom, and Darryl who has the bedroom next to yours. Move-in date is anytime. - Located near the COS airport (5-minute drive), Fort Carson (10-minute drive), and Peterson (10-minute drive)
