I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our bath house in Hillcrest. The room is available now or by December 1st. You’ll take over the bedroom that has its own attached bathroom. Rent is $ a month and there is a $ deposit upon move in. Utilities are covered by the owner except for electricity but the house has solar panels so the bill has always been super low. There is in-unit washer and dryer, and lots of street parking around the house so it’s very easy to park at any time of the day/night. The two roommates who are staying (Bethany and Caeleigh ) are looking for a female in her mid twenties to mid thirties, clean and respectful.
