On one side of the house is the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I have the Master bed and Bath. I have the back half of the house I’m looking to rent out. Each room is $ s-e-v-e-n hundred per mo. Or a couple can rent the whole side of the house for $ twelve hundred per mo. I pay $ fifteen hundred per mo. There is a privacy door if a couple rents. A dog may be accepted but we would have to discuss it and our dogs would need to meet! There would also be a non-refundable pet deposit. I babysit my niece and nephew often on Fri nights.
