Cute 3 bed 1 bath house in Parma OH. I got this lease started in February of 2026 and my previous roommate is backing out. I am looking for someone to move in who respects boundaries, responsible with bills and around my age. I do not have much of any furniture in the house yet so anything you want to bring, you are welcome to do so!! There are hookups for washer and dryer but I have yet to get them due to my busy schedule.

Looking for 1 or 2 roommates for our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Ohio City. $950 per month. Our current lease expires April 30 and one roommate just moved away for reasons unfortunately. I’m looking to stay until Summer 2027 at least. The new Lease would start May 2026, but you can move in before then since our other roommate has moved out. Of the two of us still here, one of us is a medical resident and the other works in research. We’re between 25-30 years old, friends, keep a clean space, social/outgoing but noise mindful, and I’d say we’re generally pretty normal guys. I do have a cat. She is a hypoallergenic breed and gets hypoallergenic food. I’ve always had cat allergies but don’t have a problem with her. She’s very friendly too!
