This would be an ideal situation for someone who is in transition or who is mature or a professional who travels a lot. I keep to myself so looking for someone who is quiet, neat, and respectful.No pets; Absolutely no couples or children that would spend nights visiting. Absolutely No Smokers (including vape, cannabis or mushroom products), No alcohol, No Drugs. No night shift roomies considered as it is opposite work shift of homeowner.
