As my housemate, you would have access to the common areas of the house: kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining area, front and back patio and yard. You would have parking in the driveway.I am full vaccinated for Covid- and am seeking a housemate who is as well.If you want access to the heated pool and gym a mile down the road, it’s an extra $. That also gives you access to the lap pool and gym about 5 miles down the road. My boyfriend visits when he can, but it isn’t like he lives at my place, so you won’t feel like there are two housemates.
