Room in Estrella Mountain Ranch

I am renting out on private furnished room in my home in Goodyear in Estrella Mountain Ranch. You would have your own bathroom roughly to one-hundred percent of the time. I rarely have out-of-town guests.
We would split the cost of utilities.
My home comes with the bonus of having a dog around. I have a large, goofy golden colored mutt named Brody. He not only provides endless snuggles, but he will also let you know when a package is being delivered to the house. Unfortunately, he was abused, and consequently, I can’t let him hangout with any kids.

As my housemate, you would have access to the common areas of the house: kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining area, front and back patio and yard. You would have parking in the driveway. If you want access to the heated pool and gym a mile down the road, it’s an extra $. That also gives you access to the lap pool and gym about 5 miles down the road.
