The room and bathroom are on the second floor in the 3-bedroom house which is located on Hesperian Boulevard Hayward. A shared laundry is in the garage. An assigned parking spot is in front of the house. It is easily accessible to HW880, 580, 208, Bridges 92 and 84. Available on April 28, 2026 Lease Term: 6 months minimum Rent: $1,050 per month (the utilities of water, gas and electricity are Not covered by the monthly rent payment) Security deposit: $1,050 Income proof, Background check and Minimum 650 credit report are required for rental application The followings are covered by the monthly rent payment 1. high speed internet2. assigned parking spot on the driveway of the house3. garbage fee 4. house cleaning of shared area every 4 months5. shared kitchen, living room, laundry, and storage area Besides the $1,050 rent payment, every month you will pay for the shared utilities (water, gas, and electricity) with other occupants in the house.
