Room for rent available September 1st, but an earlier move-in can be arranged if needed. Rent is $1,200/month for one person or $1,600/month for two people, with a $600 deposit. The room has a walk-in closet and includes access to a shared bathroom and kitchen, as well as our patio. All utilities and WiFi are included. You’ll also have access to the community amenities, including the pool, gym, laundry facilities, basketball courts, and outdoor areas. It is just two adults and our toddler living in the home. We are clean, quiet, and respectful and are looking for someone who is the same.
