Applicants must be employed and prepared to provide pay stubs; background checks will be conducted. All utilities are included, along with access to a pool and jacuzzi, and internet. Rent is due on the first of each month, and a $25 late fee will be charged for each day it is overdue. One of the rooms is currently being used as a walk-in closet, but it will be restored to its original use as a bedroom. All rooms include built-in closets. No couples! No overnight stay.
