Home is in clean condition, and tenant will have full and open shared access/use of the kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, and backyard space. Within minutes from interstate 15 and highway 78, along with grocery stores & main shopping centers. 15 minute drive to CSUSM and Palomar College. Less than 5 minutes from Downtown Escondido, and 10 minutes from the Escondido Mall and Costco (off Nordahl). Hi, my name is Davinder. I work full time, and live with my 25 year old son. We are looking for a roommate. The room is in Escondido in a gated community. Monthly rent is $1500 including utilities. The room is available from September 20th. A $1,500 refundable security deposit is required. The room is furnished and upstairs and the bathroom will be a shared bathroom with my son. All the common areas are downstairs including another half bathroom, washer, dryer, kitchen, dining room, living room and there is a large back yard. There's also a swimming pool in the community as well as tennis courts. Looking for only one tenant preferably female who is professional or graduate student.
