In North Park on the edge of University Heights, in a nicely walkable area, four blocks from Balboa Park, 24-hour tacos down the street, Smart and Final two blocks away, less than 10 minutes walking from 30th st nightlife, and walking distance from Hillcrest. The roommates are 25 and really laid back and sweet. Someone in their 20s, max 30 years old, would best fit the home environment. You need to be not homophobic- female or LGBT preferred- but really just looking for anyone chill. There's a well-trained short hair dog who keeps to herself. The rent is $1000, plus $60 utilities.
