Your bathroom would be right next to your room door but it is technically the guest bathroom of the house. To be transparent, you would be taking over our old roommates lease position so you would still have to go through the application process they do here which includes a credit check, income check and background check. Quiet serene home has a furnished room for rent

I have a 2-room 2-bath apartment in Boynton Beach. I am looking to find someone to let the extra room to. There’s a bathroom not connected to the room, but right off the hall that would be yours. I will be living there on and off, but mostly off (not living there June-September and maybe even already April-June).Depending on responses, I am open to $1000 a month without babysitting. I am not sure if I'll always be in my apartment or need babysitting, but it would be helpful to me during April-May and August-December.The reason for the lower rent ($800) would be to ask for about 8-10 hours of babysitting a week for an infant. We can work out a schedule that works for both of us. These hours would not be June or July. The room would be available through December, but we could negotiate longer.
