The roommates are all very sweet and helpful. It has 2 floors and 2 bathrooms. The room I am selling is on the 2 floor. The kitchen, bathroom and living room is shared with everyone. The apartment comes with 2 parking spots and to get 2 street parking permits for the street the house is on, but the 2 permits would be split 4 ways so everyone is for parking.
