I’m fairly conservative in my values and enjoy a quieter lifestyle at home. As a roommate, I’m respectful, reliable, and appreciate a clean living environment. I like to keep shared spaces tidy and would love a roommate who feels the same. I am very much a social butterfly, whether it’s grabbing drinks with friends, going swing dancing, or exploring something new around town. I love to host and want you to feel comfortable having friends over as well, I just expect respect for the house rules and a heads up if someone is coming over or if you plan to have a late night hangout. I’m easygoing, enjoy my personal space, and am looking for a roommate who is considerate and communicative, and a good fit for a friendly, comfortable home.

I have a fully furnished room for rent. Call/TEXt. Upstairs large furnished bedroom with large closet is for rent. Shared bath. Landlord supplies paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish liquid and other common use items. Washer and Dryer on 1st floor. 2 Refirigerators, 2 Microwaves one upstairs one in kitchen. Storage available for additional fee in basement if needed. Application fee for background check is non-refundable - $60. Refundable Deposit is $250. These are photos from the apartment. The rooms are spacious and bright with carpeted bedrooms. Your bedroom also has a private bathroom with large tub, sink, and lots of storage. This complex is smoke-free (both inside and outside). The management requires a credit check, background check, and rental application. There is also a swimming pool, fitness room, and gazebo with grilling apparatus. Quiet is a must, and the complex does not permit loud parties or frequent houseguests.

helllooooo. i'm pretty basic. you can find me at work, in my room, or in the bath 100% of the time. i moved into this big place and quickly realized i don't need this much space. both bedrooms are upstairs with a shared full bathroom. there is an extra half bathroom downstairs as well. you wont find me downstairs though unless it's for food. the living area is very spacious and kitchen Is really cute. i haven't bought washer/dryer yet.420 friendly.the rent each month will be $550
