But the 3rd bedroom is a common room with ” TV and sofa where you can chill and have friends and family over. This rent price includes ALL UTILITIES + high speed internet, full laundry room, Amazon Prime (free Grub hub & Amazon TV) Netflix, Apple TV +, Microsoft Office Suite, Norton, Full Alarm System, Garage parking, extra storage space in garage, great kitchen w/many kewl appliances, great neighborhood, awesome roommate and more!! I would love a roommate to share entire place with—while respecting personal time and space. I have 2 ESA cats that are well behaved and clean. Would welcome anther cat(s). I’m very kind, understanding and non-judgmental—because I’ve been through it all. I am up for compromise on anything and everything (including decorations and adding in your pics on common areas). The room is unfurnished. The bathroom is decorated—but you can redecorate! Must pay $ and pass a Nielson background check before moving in. (Any stress or concerns talk to me—seriously!!).
